Our 4-STEP Process
Fill out our brief questionnaire and book a free 15 minute discovery call on our Book Now page to schedule a time to learn a little more about each other to see if we are a good fit.
INQUIRE
Once you are booked, we will schedule a time to map out the concept for your photoshoot. We will talk about all of the details from wardrobe to the brand story you want to tell. *this includes customized mood board and location scouting.
PRE-PLAN
Your big day is finally here. Come prepared with everything you need and we will handle the rest. Follow our checklist to make the day of the shoot as seamless as possible.
SESSION
Receive watermarked proofs from session within 48 hours of shoot. Once final images are selected, allow up to 14 business days for final edited images to be sent out.

When's the best time to book?
Book as soon as possible (preferably at least two weeks ahead of your desired session date).
What's included in my session?
We will have a pre-session call where we discuss wardrobe and props prior to session. The photoshoot session booking, and the edited high resolution images that are apart of your package.
Do you offer makeup services?
Yes, we offer makeup services for all our photo sessions. This optional service comes at an additional fee to enhance your appearance and ensure you look your absolute best during your photo shoot.
Do you offer props?
Yes, we offer props. Props are highly recommended for your session (ie: props can include things that relate and represent your brand/business). We have props available to rent, but we encourage you to bring items that best fit your brand.
What happens if I'm late to my session?
Clients are given a 15 minute grace period, if you exceed that time for your session, a $50 late fee will be added to final cost of shoot. If you are more than 30 minutes late the photoshoot will need to be rescheduled.
How long does it take to get my images?
Watermarked proof images are available within 2 business days after photoshoot. Final images have a turnaround time of up to 14 business days after final selection images are approved. Turnaround Rush is available for an additional fee.
Why is the initial deposit non-refundable?
Once a session is booked for that date and time, no one else can claim that spot. A 50% non-refundable fee is due at the time of booking.
*Please note that one-time reschedules are permitted at no additional cost if client provides a minimum 24-hour notice. By confirming deposit, client is agreeing to terms listed.
What are your standard licensing terms?
Clients retain 100% usage rights to all original photos taken during their session. There are no hidden fees, and you are not required to license or credit us for your photos.
